Good deed _10002A Education on the Second Front: Leading with Love and Confidence

War. Information chaos. Tragedy, pain, the loss of loved ones, uncertainty…

All of this surrounds us. Yet teachers must keep moving forward — going to work, supporting children, guiding them, and teaching.

They must bring knowledge with joy and love.

Maintaining education and the quality development of children is Ukraine’s second front. Schools and education represent the future of Ukraine.

Now, more than ever, it is vital for teachers to enter the educational space with confidence, happiness, and a sense of strength and hope. Children need not only knowledge but also love, care, and faith in a brighter future.

This time, we conducted the second part of the training, “The Modern Educator: Emotional Leadership.” Over the course of two intense days, we explored communication skills, emotional leadership, and self-mastery in a dynamic workshop.

Day 1: Theory

We worked on self-awareness as leaders, studied the neurophysiology of the brain, consciousness theories, relationship management, and discussed taking an active life stance.

It was challenging but incredibly valuable.

Day 2: Practice

We played the game “Reporter”, simulating an international journalist conference.

The goal was to create the ideal profile of a modern reporter. Each participant had the chance to see themselves in a new light, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and experience their openness, creativity, and kindness.

These two days were transformative — not just for the participants but also for me. We didn’t just gain new knowledge; we learned to understand ourselves, others, and our role in this complex world more deeply.

Now I am confident: the teachers working in this school, even amidst the war, are those who can maintain balance, manage their emotions, and take responsibility for their relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Thank you to all the participants for these inspiring days and for your commitment to self-improvement.

You are true leaders — leaders of the educational community. Let’s keep moving forward, doing our work with love.
